Bella Vicente d'Apulian, on behalf of the Celestial Eclipse Coven, invites Magicians to the illustrious setting of the Vicente School in Apulian for an afternoon of discussion, debate, and expanding knowledge of magical matters at Concordia Esoterica III in late 387YE.

Attendees will be asked to keep weapons and staves outside of the School and to refrain from Magical Rituals. Complimentary therapy to cope with the effects of the BLACK PLATEAU will be available.

Welcome to the website for Concordia Esoterica, a sanctioned Player Event for Empire LRP setting. The focus of the event is on magical theory and discussion and takes the form of an In Character Academic Conference.

Concordia Esoterica III will take place on Saturday 7th February 2026 from 1pm-7pm at Manchester Hall, Central Manchester.

Guests can arrive from 12.30pm and must leave the venue by 7.30pm.

Concordia Esoterica is a sanctioned Conference Event, focused on discussion and debate around the works of the Imperial Conclave. It is best suited to players who are familiar with the ways in which Conclave works, and to characters who have an active interest in what Conclave is doing.

This is a non-mechanical event: there will be no Combat, no Rituals or Liao usage, no weapons allowed in the venue. This is an Out Of Character rule as well as an In Character one.

Throughout the day, there will be talks presented by attendees (you can volunteer to run a talk when booking) as well as the return of the “Conclite” phony Conclave Session for a mixture of serious and light hearted discussion. Attending costs nothing In Character.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and catering will be provided after talks have concluded (around 5.30pm).

Tickets for Concordia Esoterica III cost £80 (standard) or £50 (concession). Deposits of 50% are due within 1 month of booking being received, full payment is due by 7th November 2025.

Concession prices are offered to:

• Students
• Those not in full time employment
• Attendees with disabilities
• Anyone attending solely to care for another attendee
• Anyone else for who the regular price would be unaffordable

There are a limited number of Crew spaces available for Concordia Esoterica III – these will be for Non-Player Characters associated with the Vicente School and Orphanage with the role of supervising the event.

Crew volunteers will be sought closer to the event, but you are welcome to express interest to make sure you're kept in the loop.
