When and Where

The Venue

Concordia Esoterica III will take place on Saturday 7th February 2026 from 1pm-7pm at Manchester Hall, Central Manchester, M3 3BT. Guests can arrive from 12.30pm and must leave the venue by 7.30pm.

After arriving, please make your way to the Lounge where you can sign in with a Steward and drop off your bags. You can use the toilets nearby for changing and make-up if you need to but please leave them in a good state (we want the Venue to like LARPers so we can book future events here!). Once you are ready, please make your way to the IC spaces.

The venue does not have an outdoor space. Guests are free to leave the event area if needed (for example, if you cannot eat inside, or if you are a smoker, or if you need fresh air). Food will be served in the Museum Room.

IC Spaces

The Library, Museum, and Study rooms are the primary In Character spaces for this event. Roleplaying in the corridors is permitted but please do not roleplay in the Lounge or stray too far from the rooms we have for the event.

OC Spaces

The Lounge will always be Out Of Character and is a space for storing bags and coats, as well as providing a quiet space once the event has started.

Toilets are, obviously, Out Of Character spaces.

Accessibility

The venue has confirmed that it is completely physically accessible and has accessible toilets as expected. If you have any specific concerns, questions, or specific access needs, please email them to katieleahmoore@gmail.com and an answer or solution will be sought from the venue.

All information about Scheduling will be provided printed in legible font and those presenting talks will be encouraged to provide typed information about their talk. When discussions are occurring, Stewards will be on hand to ensure that discussions remain orderly in order to limit excess noise or overstimulation.

Travel

Due to its location in Central Manchester, making use of public transport wherever possible is highly advised. There are numerous means of travelling the city including trams, buses, and even a free bus service about the centre of the city.

The Manchester Park and Ride is a good way to get into the city centre from multiple given directions.

Parking is also available close to the venue with the NCP car park on King Street West and numerous other NCP car parks available within a short walk.

Stations

Manchester Piccadilly is 0.9 miles on foot and the 1 Free Bus (which is free to use) goes directly from Piccadilly to the Venue.

Manchester Oxford Road is 0.8 miles on foot and the 1 Free Bus goes directly from Oxford Road to the Venue.

Manchester Victoria is 0.7 miles on foot to the Venue.

Salford Central is 0.2 miles on foot to the Venue.
